A: It depends where you're getting married. If you are getting married at a hotel or resort that is by the beach you won't need a permit. But if you're planning to marry right on the beach than yes, you need one. You would need to go to the city where the beach you chose is located, fill out some paperwork and pay a fee. If you're marrying abroad a beach wedding planner could take care of this for you.
