Finding a caterer shouldn’t be difficult if you know what to look for. Decide what kind of food you will want to have served in your wedding, find a catering company that has a chef that specializes and this type of food. Don’t be shy and ask away, try samples of food & if they will also be on charge of the bar ask for the drink menu. I can’t stress enough how important it is to ask for references, a good caterer won’t have a problem providing these. You should also ask to meet the staff that will be serving at your wedding, to get a “feel” of their personalities & judge their overall appearance. Remember that in order for you to have a successful beach wedding you must make sure that you’re working with the best & that applies to all the vendors.
